1. What is it?
A customer privilege and loyalty program intended to provide additional value and benefits with owning a Whirlpool appliance.
2. Who can join?
• Whirlpool customers who have bought a Whirlpool appliance starting September 2004.
• Whirlpool customers who have bought their appliances within a year.
3. Are there any joining fees?
None. There would be no membership fees in joining this program as long as you have bought your Whirlpool appliance from authorized dealers and retailers.
However, the initial membership will last for two years. Until such time you have to renew your membership.
4. How can the customers get application forms?
Customers can get application forms from the stores where they purchased the appliance. They should then mail the filled up forms to our head office at 22 D. Tuazon St. QC Attached with:
• 2 x2 picture
• photocopy of invoice
5. What are the benefits of the Card holders?
- Discounts on parts and labor for out warranty repairs
• Loyalty program
• Discounts with corporate partners and establishments
• Discounts on Whirlpool sponsored seminars
• Special discounts on next Whirlpool product purchases

6. What are the benefits of our tie up establishments?
Free ad exposure and Company Logo on our advertising collaterals such as:
• Direct Mailers and Application forms
• Get one Flyers in establishments

Discounts on service for tie up establishments and their members.
